課程概述 |
Through lecture, discussion, and literature review, students explore and compare the different policies of occupational rehabilitation and workers compensation for workers with occupational injury in major countries (United States of America, Japan, German, Australia, Taiwan, etc.). Students develop strategies to solve problems in our country’s policy of occupational rehabilitation. |

課程目標 |
Upon completion of the course, students will understand the differences among the theory, framework, and policy of occupational rehabilitation and workers compensation for workers with occupational injury in major countries (United States of America, Japan, German, Australia, Taiwan, etc). After reviewing various occupational rehabilitation and workers compensation policies, students will develop an occupational rehabilitation programs for Taiwan. |

課程要求 |
1.Students require participating in each class and discussions.
2.Students should prepare for class discussion by reading assigned material.
3.Upon completion of the course, students require to hand in an final report to design an occupational rehabilitation program for Taiwan. |
